All orders pay a per order shipping fee -USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery in US, depending on your location.
Tracking Your Package
If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, please use the tracking link provided here or via email.
If your address is incorrect and the postal service does not recognize your address as provided, our customer service department will attempt to call or email you for any address adjustments that should be made.
This most often occurs with military APO/FPO boxes or as a result of a missing apartment or suite number. If the address provided is not sufficient and the package is lost or returned, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
If our customer service department does not receive a response within 2 weeks, we will send out your package with the address provided at the time of purchase.
Please Note: You must provide a physical address for UPS delivery.

1. Standard Orders
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive after placing the order for budget shipping within the United States. Please allow 7-14 days for orders in Canada and Jamaica.If there is a delay for any reason, you will be notified by e-mail or phone.We prefer to ship using UPS, however, your order may be shipped by another carrier. Providing us with only a PO Box or any other non-UPS address method does not guarantee a USPS shipment.
2. Incorrect Packages
If any items in your package were missing or damaged, please contact customer service within 30 days of the original shipment. Claims made more than 30 days after the shipment will not be granted. Claims made within 30 days will be investigated and approved or denied at our discretion.
3. Refund Policy
The Rad Wellness stands behind all of its Rad Wellness product offerings and will accept a return of products that are not to our new customer’s satisfaction including products which new customer's cannot utilize due to medical reasons using the following guidelines:
Exchanges for the same product will be made for products that may have been damaged in transit. Returns of all product must be made within 30 days of purchase of order to receive a refund for the value of an unused product.
Packages returned due to unsuccessful deliveries (i.e. 3 delivery attempts, customer moved, customer gave incorrect or incomplete address) may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges to have the product resent.
4. Return Procedure
A Return Pre-Authorization number is necessary for a return to be processed. Please contact Rad Wellness Center to obtain a Pre-Authorization Number. This number must be written on the outside of the box or on your invoice, that is to be sent back to The Rad Wellness Center with the returned product in order for the return to be processed. If a package is returned without a Return Pre-Authorization Number, the information will be documented and the Customer will be required to call and provide further information as to why the package was returned. Unauthorized credits will not be issued when a packaged is returned.
All Approved refunds will be in US Funds.
